Instructions
How to register
1.
Click Here or the REGISTER button to register if you
do not have a card
a. Complete an online registration form
(remember to have your credit/ debit card ready to complete your registration)
b. You'll be sent an e-mail with all your details
2. Once you have completed the registration or
have a card you can make your first call.
3. You'll be asked for your account number which
has been e-mailed to you or is printed on the scratch panel on your card.
4. Please remember to use the full national/
international dialling code.
5. To make a follow-on call press # once the
previous call has finished.
If you do not wish to recharge your account on line, you can collect a card from
your porter/ accommodation manager.
Making a Call and Call costs
There are two ways of making a call
1. from your mobile dialling
0207 984 4810
2. from your landline dialling
0800 018 4478
When prompted enter your 11 digit PIN number.
Your pin number will be confirmed before you are prompted to dial the number you require.
NB calls using the 0800 number is 2p/minute more expensive than
the 0207 number.
The 0800 number is freephone access from a landline.

Payment
The Trust Phonecard is a pre-paid account service.
You will need to put some money on your account the first time you use it.
You can also top up your account at any time, using a credit or debit card via the
internet or by dialling the 0207/0800 numbers and following the voice prompts.
To put money on your card
You can either top up on line,
Click Here, or on the phone.
On the phone
1. Dial 0207…/ 0800…,
enter your PIN number and press 8.
2. You will be asked
for your card details, name and address so please have these ready.
3. The minimum top
up is £10 and the maximum £30.
4. Each time you make
a phone call you will be told the amount of credit on your card and how long you
can talk on the number you have dialled. A warning beep will sound when you are
reaching the end of your credit.
Please note that - for security reasons - only one credit card can be used on your
account.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Remember to keep card or account details in a safe place
and keep a note of the card number.
If your card is lost or stolen or you suspect someone other than yourself is using
the card, call Customer Services on 0808 144 3710 immediately as all calls made
using the card are your responsibility.
