What is the difference between the 0800 access number
and the 0207 number?
Some Trusts have arranged a short ‘access code’ number for ease of use with the
Trust Phonecard, which
is actually a coded 0800 number. This short code will be displayed on posters around
the Trust
accommodation if available. The 0207 access number will work on any other phone
(eg your mobile or
telephone at home).
Please note that calls made using the 0800 / short number are 2 pence per minute
more expensive than the 0207 number,however only the 0800 numbers are freephone (from a landline).
How many credit cards can I use on
my account?
You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit card. You can use Switch and Delta debit
cards.
Please note that we can only take payments from Electron cards over the internet
through our secure site.

Do I need to bring my own phone?
No, a phone will be provided for you in your bedroom.
